CHARLIE'S STUFFING RECIPE
From Charlotte Janigian (MA)

Fry mushrooms in butter - brown flour
little onion - use 1/2 - brown
cup of celery
1/2 of 6oz pkg of walnuts
full jar of olives
can of Cream of Mushroom soup, not too moist
Pkg of Mother Bells
salt + pepper
or
little of Basil leaves, Paprika, margarine

Cover tinfoil - pat of butter
until last hour - take (foil) off

Baste it with water from gizzards that have been boiled
put a little butter in it
